In many cases the concept of meditation is understood as: “standing still without thinking about anything” or something like that. This is not the case here, what we will learn in these clases is a powerful internal action, following the ancient tantric tradition of Kriya Yoga and other esoteric teachings, working with the aura and the chakras: the energetic vortices that make up our body; realigning ourselves, and manipulating the Energies of Cosmos and Earth, to free ourselves from extraneous influences of all kinds, thus consecrating our living space.
Anyone can participate: no prior training is necessary, nor is it necessary to convert to any religion or ideology, nor to abandon one's beliefs or non-beliefs.
